Shipping & Refunds

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. However, if you are really in need of some Old Oath in your life and you live outside the UK, please contact us via our contact form or email us at oldoathandco@gmail.com and we can discuss options.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund on items that are unwanted. We will honour a refund for items that are received damaged. Please refer to the contents below for further instruction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To begin this process, you can contact us at oldoathandco@gmail.com or via our contact form. If you are able to provide photographic evidence when you initially contact us, this would be much appreciated. Once we have processed your request and it is deemed that the goods received were damaged prior to getting to you, then we will either, refund you on your original payment method - this can take a couple of days for the payment to be cleared in your bank account. Or if you wish to accept a replacement, free of charge, then we can make accommodations to do so.
